Fermin Ibérico Jamon de Bellota, Bone-In

All back orders will require additional shipping time!

In the dehesas, an indigenous forest of southwestern Spain, the Ibérico pig, a descendent of the wild boar, still wanders free.  Popularly known as the Pata Negra or Black Hoof, the Ibérico

de Bellota feed exclusively on fallen acorns, known as bellota, for three months prior to slaughter. The resulting meat is swirled with high levels of flavorful natural fats, for which this pig has
gained international notoriety.

Fermin brings the finest Spanish delicacy to the U.S.  The whole bone-in ham weighs approximately 18 LBS each.

We strongly recommend using a stand to slice this properly. Instructional videos can be found online, or by clicking here.

Actual price will vary, final price will be calculated with actual weight times $40.99/LB.  Shipping is an extra charge.

This will fit the Fermin wood Jamonero, available from Ibericousa.com
