Located in the belly, on the external face of the abdominal cavity.  Panceta is the Spanish name for pork belly. Simply substituting Spanish Pancetta Ibérica de Bellota in place of traditional or Italian Style Pancetta or bacon will take your recipes up a few notches.  It is sold in 1 LB increments.  If you would like a larger piece (in 1 LB increments) in a single piece (maximum size is 4-5LBS, please order total number of pounds in the quantity field and indicate that you want it in a single piece.
